We're not ready to reveal all the details just yet, but here's a small hint: a new experience is about to take flight. Soon, you'll meet a brand-new face that will become part of the Sends journey, bringing even more personality to the way we connect with our customers and community.

If you've been following us on social media, you may already have spotted a few clues. We recently launched a teaser campaign inviting our audience to put their observation skills to the test and guess what's coming next.

As part of the campaign, we're also running a giveaway on Instagram, where participants have the chance to win exclusive Sends merchandise and a free Sends account opening.
